The appli­cant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows:

1. To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 24 hours a day 7 days a week

 2. To include late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0500 7 days a week.

3. To vary the licence condi­tions.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make rep­resentations to the Licensing Authority no later than 29 March 2013.

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary con­viction for this offence is £5,000.
