Licensing Authority: Wiltshire Council. Licensing Authority Address: The Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER, (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours).

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows:
1. To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 24 hours a day 7 days a week
2. To include late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0500 7 days a week.
3. To vary the licence conditions.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 29 March 2013.
Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
