Police are treating a car fire in Ross-on-Wye on Saturday as arson.
A red Volkswagen Golf was set alight in Walford Road at 5am.
It is alleged that a man in a black hoodie was seen by the owner with a torch crouching down in his garden and jumped over a fence when challenged.
