A MAN has been rescued by firefighters after falling from a roof onto scaffolding.
Officers from Whitchurch helped the man down after he was left trapped 20 feet above the ground on scaffolding in Llancloudy, near Ross-on-Wye.
The fire service said an aerial lifting platform and rope rescue equipment brought down from Hereford was not needed and the man, although bruised, was not badly injured.
