A FREEHOLD pub near Ross-on-Wye is set to go under the hammer in London tomorrow.

The Cross Keys Inn, at Goodrich, will be auctioned by Colliers CRE and is expected to fetch around £325,000.

The pub has a bar and adjoining function room on the ground floor as well as a beer garden and play area.

It has one single, four double bedrooms, two ensuite, and a bathroom on the first floor, while the second floor consists of a three-room flat with a galley kitchen and a bathroom.

The auction takes place at The Radisson SAS Portman Square Hotel at 11am tomorrow.
