A NEW piece of music inspired by Croft Castle performed by Portishead guitarist Adrian Utley is released today.
The Sonic Journey inspired by a walk at the National Trust property, near Yarpole, has been released as part of the charity’s Great British Walk.
The music follows a route through Croft Castle’s beautiful landscape and is accompanied by a hand-drawn map by Adrian Utley.
Brian Muelaner, National Trust ancient tree adviser, said: “Adrian’s music really captures the spirit of this special place on a journey through this landscape dominated by ancient trees.”
The track is available for download at www.nationaltrust.org.uk until October 15 2013.
