Leominster police thanks for anonymous flower donation

OFFICERS in Leominster say they want to thank the anonymous person who sent flowers to the town’s Police station.

A note with the bouquet expressed sympathy and outrage at last week’s fatal shootings of PC Nicola Hughes and PC Fiona Bone in Manchester.

PC Adele Loney , who is based in Leominster, said the gesture was “so thoughtful and kind” and “meant so much to us all at Leominster Police Station”.

See there are some nice people around and who know's they might have family in the police force, Years ago you did not just have your town bobbies but your village ones to, we were terrified of the law because if we got court we new we get a hiding when we got home as well, my only crime would be ringing some ones door bell or swooping the milk bottles and putting them on the neighbours door step, wouldn,t it be good to go back to them days knowing with the protection of the police that we were safe.
