Leominster house fire - man arrested

DETECTIVES investigating an arson attack on a house in Leominster early this morning have just arrested a suspect.
Officers swooped on an address in the Bargates area of the town to hold a man on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
The man will now be taken to Hereford central police station for questioning.
Emergency services were alerted to the fire at a house in Aldermans Meadow, Gateway, just after 2am this morning.
Two people were treated for smoke inhalation.
