ELDERLY people in Leominster are encouraged to attend talks on wills and the lasting power of attorney.

The informal talks will be held at Age Concern’s office in West Street, between 2pm and 3pm, on Fridays, September 10 and 24 respectively.

A monthly surgery will then be held from October, where free advice will be given to older people on wills, trusts, power of attorney, living wills, advance directive, inheritance tax, the rights of joint tenancy and tenants in common, probate and NHS care assessments.
