A BEAUTY pageant raising funds for two county charities is being organised for this summer.

The Princess Pageant will be staged at Leominster Golf Club on July 11 with three separate age groups for girls wishing to take part.

Money raised will be split between the Little Princess Trust, which provides wigs and hair pieces to children who have suffered hair loss through cancer treatment, and the Marches Family Network in Leominster, which works with families who have a child or young person with a disability.

The age groups are five to eight-years-old, nine to 12, and 13 to 16. The registration fee is £6, with the winner claiming £100. For an application form, call 01568 616108 or 07976 237973.
