PLANS have been submitted for a new bistro in Leominster town centre.
Applicant David Ronald Wicks – who has lived above the proposed property at 3 Church Street for 16 years – wants to sell alcohol, good quality locally produced and sourced food from the premises.
He also hopes to use the venue as a platform for local poets and musicians. There is also a request to host plays.
Mr Wicks would like to open on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and all bank holidays until 1am
