The Chase Distillery, based at Little Marcle near Ledbury, is opening a “Herefordshire-inspired” bar at Harvey Nichols in London.
Chase and Country Tails at Fifth Floor, opening on the terrace of the Knightsbridge restaurant on June 4 for a summer season, will serve bespoke cocktails made with Chase spirits and liqueurs, all produced in Herefordshire.
