Ledbury Ring and Ride hits record number of users

Ledbury Ring and Ride has hit a new record number of users with 300 people now benefitting from this vital service.

Ring and Ride enables local people who do not have their own transport or are not on a bus route to travel around the county and sometimes beyond, Thanks to the support of 40 volunteers, users are able to book drivers to take them to the doctor, dentist or hospital, on shopping trips or visits to loved ones.

In the last year, more than 5,000 journeys were made.

Ring and Ride is operated by Community Voluntary Action Ledbury and District as one of the many services it provides for local people.
