A HEREFORDSHIRE musician is making progress in a major competition.

Sam Eden, a solo acoustic artist from Colwall, has progress to the regional finals of the Live and Unsigned contest at Birmingham NEC.

The regional final takes place on March 24 at the same venue where there will be judges from Kerrang, Radio One, the NME and BBC Introducing.
