A TASTE of Mongolian life could attract younger visitors to a Herefordshire village festival.
Children’s author and entertainer, Cat Weatherill, will perform her stories in a yurt during the Colwall Festival.
A yurt - a tent used by nomads on the Mongolian plains - is one of the unusual attractions during the July 12 event, and is being set-up to celebrate the National Year of Reading.
Four storytelling sessions will take place during the afternoon, and are free to attend, while a bounce and rhyme session starts at 11.15am. For more information, contact 01432 260646.
