Ploughing championships in Presteigne

THIS year’s all Wales and European vintage ploughing championships will take place near Presteigne, it has been announced.
Hosts Radnor Valley Vintage Club will help celebrate 50 years of the Welsh Ploughing Association when they host the event at Walton Court Farm and Hindwell Farm on September 19 and 20.
Attractions over the two days will include vintage tractors, cars and machinery, a tractor building challenge, thrashing demonstrations and axe racing.
