KINGTON police are warning parents to be vigilant and monitor child internet access during the school holidays.

They say sharing pictures and keeping in touch with friends can be dangerous unless safety guidelines from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection centre are stuck to.

Those concerned can visit www.thinkuknow.co.uk/parents/register.aspx for more information.

I dont think you have to log onto these exploitation sites to clue yerself up. Just log on and check the computer 'history'. I doubt kids' can be bothered to delete their browsing activities. If you find sommat dodgy then deal with the issue. I find this a strange warning from Kington Police. Is there a recognised big problem with Kington kids doing strange stuff on the internet? Yet again from the HT we have half a story. Is there a bigger picture?
