Kington Museum curator retires

AFTER 14 years of service, Ken Reeves has retired from his job as curator of Kington and District Museum.

Ken, who was awarded an MBE and collected a prestigious Gulbenkian award for the museum, was credited with turning the heritage site around during his tenure. He and his wife, Susan, have been involved in the museum for more than 20 years.

Local historian Robert Pritchard is taking over as new curator.
