Hereford skatepark set to expand
The Holmer Road skatepark in Hereford is so busy that it is being expanded.
The park has received £40,000 from Veolia Environmental to increase its surface area by over 50 per cent.
There will be several new ‘street-scene’ features, including ones suitable for scooters, installed over the coming months.
The park, which was built three years ago, is now so busy there is not always room for skaters and BMX bikers to practice safely.
