Twitter users meet up in Hereford to tweet in person

THERE was no hiding behind a computer screen when social networkers met up in Hereford.
A ‘Tweet Up’ at the Rocket Cafe in St Owen’s Street saw 25 local people who use Twitter meet up for food and drinks.
Tweeter Moira Davidson , who works with Herefordshire marketing company Blue Kite, said: “It was a really nice, friendly chance to meet people who you know through Twitter but might not recognise if you bumped into in the street.”
