THE A4103 at Fromes Hill is expected to re-open at 1pm after a three-car collision closed it this morning.
Rescue workers had to free one driver from their vehicle after a car collided with a refuse truck and a third vehicle received minor damages just after 7.30am.
Fire crews from Bromyard and Malvern used cutting equipment to release the man before he was taken to hospital.
