SEASONAL work for about 250 people is on offer this week at a Christmas jobs fair in Hereford.
Anyone from students to lone parents ready to work again can visit the Shire Hall on Wednesday for information on retail, manufacturing and hospitality jobs.
Karina Cullen, from organisers Jobcentre Plus, said: “We will tell you about all the vacancies that fit your requirements, tell you how to apply and, where possible, ring employers to arrange interviews.”
Information on financial help for older people and those with disabilities wanting to work is also available between 10.30am and 2.30pm.
“Short-term seasonal work is a good way to sample different jobs and develop or maintain skills for a future career,” Ms Cullen said.
