Witnesses sought following county road accident
11:20am Friday 5th September 2008
A MOTORIST attempting to overtake on a Herefordshire road lost control of the car and ended up in a field.
The driver of the black car narrowly avoided another motorist travelling in the opposite direction towards Worcester as they travelled along the A4103 at Stiffords Bridge around 11pm last night.
No-one was injured.
Police are keen to speak to the driver of the Worcester-bound car who stopped afterwards but did not leave any details.
The driver is urged to contact PC Richard Pearce at Hereford Police Station on 08457 444888.
