HEREFORD'S Bullinghope homes saga could soon be back in the High Court.
Developer Bloor Homes Ltd is seeking leave to appeal the court's decision in July to throw the 300 homes out of the Unitary Development Plan (UDP).
Mr Justice Collins ruled that the council breached its own planning and democratic policies by including the homes in the UDP against the advice of a government inspector.
Bloor, represented at the case as an interested party, has submitted a series of legal and technical grounds on which it believes it can contest the ruling at appeal.
Herefordshire Council is named in the action as an interested party.
Confirmation of the appeal bid comes as full council holds a special meeting to debate the court ruling today.
