OAP's bag snatched

AN elderly woman had her bag snatched in Hereford.
The victim was approached by a man as she walked through the alleyway between Ryelands Street and Sainsbury’s car park at around 10.20am on Tuesday, June 24.
He snatched the bag and ran off up the alley, turning left into Ryelands Street in the direction of Breinton Road.
He is described as white, 16 to 18-years-old, 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build and with short brown hair. He wore a blue tracksuit.
Det Sgt Tim Powell, of Hereford CID, said: “This type of crime is extremely rare in Hereford and we intend to keep it that way.
“That is why we are concentrating all our efforts to locate the individual responsible.”
