HEREFORD jobseekers can get free advice on how to impress prospective employers from a new service on Wednesday mornings at the Newton Farm Information Centre.

Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG) will give employment and training advice to help people access the workplace or self-employment.

Stephen Weller, of the PPDG, said: “Offering this free service to the South Wye area will benefit all the community and add an extra service to a comprehensive one-stop-shop for information and services. “We hope to improve people’s chances of full-time employment in the area.” John Newman, one of the centre volunteers, said: “We are here to serve the public, so it’s nice to have a professional on hand.” For more information on the CV service, call 01432 279116.
