Residents interested in becoming West Mercia’s Police and crime commissioner can find out what the job entails next month.
This November, people of Herefordshire will help elect an independant commissioner to be accountable for how local crime is tackled. Anyone interested in standing - you must be over 18, resident in West Mercia, a British, Commonwealth or EU citizen - can fidn out more at briefings which take place throughout May.
