A NUMBER of equine items were stolen in Bodenham over the weekend.
Several expensive saddles, bridles, riding hats, coats and horse rugs, worth at least £3,000, were taken in Bowley Lane between 5pm on Friday and 8.30am on Saturday.
Police believe that thieves removed a gate to enter a nearby field and stole several metal fence posts before making their way to the tack room that adjoins the stables, where they used a wheelbarrow to steal the items.
Anyone with information should call Hereford police station on 0300 333 3000.
