UNCERTAINTY surrounds the future of a popular Ross-on- Wye free music festival.

Jamstand 2010 is due to feature rap star Roots Manuva and hip hop’s Ugly Duckling on August 13 and 14.

But an application to serve alcohol and late-night refreshments has twice been pulled in the past week.
