Former detective faces child sex charge

THE trial of a former Herefordshire detective facing child sex and kidnapping charges will now go ahead in October.
The new date was set during a brief hearing at Gloucester Crown Court last Friday.
Geoffrey Gough, aged 54, of Spring Gardens, Malvern, denies charges of sexual activity with a child and kidnapping.
