Traffic light problems at Colwall
9:04am Tuesday 13th May 2008
ENGINEERS are working to fix temporary traffic lights at Colwall Bridge.
There have been reports of the lights being stuck on red this morning, but Herefordshire Council say they are dealing with the problem.
