FLICKS IN STICKS - Classic film Carve Her Name with Pride will be shown at Lady Emily Hall in Tarrington on Saturday at 7.30pm.

Starring Virginia McKenna, this film relates the story of Violette Szabo GC, who lived in Wormelow, where there is a museum celebrating her life. Tickets are £4.50 on the door. There are plenty of seats available and ample car parking at the rear of the hall.

There will be wine and other refreshments available at the half-time interval.
