Christmas Tree Festival at St Peter and St Paul's Church

CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL - At St Peter and St Paul’s Church there will be a Christmas tree festival, December 2 to 4. Beginning at 7.30pm on December 2, there will be a talk on Christmas Customs in Tudor Times by Elizabeth Pimblett. Tickets £4 including festive refreshments. From 11am-3pm on December 3 there will be a Christmas fair with lunchtime refreshments including soup available. At 7.30pm Village Voices will be putting on a Christmas concert. Tickets are £4 including festive refreshments.

OPEN STUDIOS - In association with h.Art, Collin Simmonds at Nethercourt, Stoke Lacy, and Nigel Montandon at Stoke House will be opening their studios on December 3 and 4, from 10am to 5pm. Nigel will be displaying a range of hand-thrown and decorated ceramics and the potter’s wheel will be available for anyone to have a go. Both studios are off the main road near Stoke Lacy Church.
