Stoke Lacy gardening club and afternoon tea

GARDENING CLUB - Stoke Lacy and District Gardening Club will meet at 8pm next Tuesday to hear Murray Mylechreest – a horticultural historian and scientist – give a talk on ‘Sugar and Spice and All Things Nice’ – plants used by people. New members and visitors are always welcome.
AFTERNOON TEA - Ahead of the Diamond Jubilee, John and Alma Westwood will be serving a traditional afternoon tea at Lampacre Cottage, Stoke Lane from 3.30pm on April 29. Live music will be included. All proceeds will go towards the Stoke Lacy jubilee celebrations.
