EXERCISE CLASSES - Boxercise/circuits/ fatigues class at the village hall will now be on Thursdays, not Tuesdays, still starting at 6pm. £5 per session or £16.50 per calendar month, the first session is free to give it a try.

VILLAGE FETE AND CLASSIC VEHICLE SHOW - July 7. Hereford Hospital Radio will again be in attendance along with all the usual stalls, games and catering. Cream teas, barbecue serving local Emma’s Pigs’ burgers and sausages. This is not an event to be missed.

PLOD AROUND PRESTON - Meet at 10.30am on Sunday at Preston-on-Wye Village Hall for coffee and a not-too-strenuous walk of about 1.5 miles. Dogs on leads are welcome.

JUBILEE - On Sunday there will be a jubilee lunch in Preston-on-Wye Village Hall with two courses for £10. Seating will be limited so book with Tracey or Dilys on 01981 500401. Everyone is invited to spend the evening at the village hall to enjoy the Jubilee celebrations. At 6pm there will be a barbecue using local sausages and burgers supplied by Emma’s Pigs and the bar will be open. At 7.45pm, back by popular demand, Chris the Guitar Man will be entertaining.
