Peterchurch daffodil walk, lunch and library

DAFFODIL WALK - On Saturday, March 17, there will be a Daffodil Walk followed by tea in aid of St Peter’s Church, beginning at 2.30pm at Y Wen Barn, Peterchurch, the home and garden of Hazel Jones. It will be signposted from the Nags Head Inn on the B4348 on the Hay-on-Wye side of the village.
Take a short guided walk through private woodlands then back to Hazel’s home for a cup of tea and a piece of homemade cake.

LUNCH - Join a Lent lunch in church from noon next Thursday, March 15. Home-made soups, bread and fruit, for £5 per person.
There will also be a draw with good prizes.
The library will be open from it’s new start time of 1pm.
LIBRARY - From March 12, there will be no Tuesday evening library opening but on Wednesdays and Thursdays it will be open 1pm unil 5pm and Saturdays 10am until noon.
