HEARTSTART - There is a free two-hour course at Bearwood Hall next Thursday, February 23, from 7pm to 9pm. Booking is essential as places are limited. Come and learn emergency life support skills which could save your loved one’s life – how to help someone who is unconscious, how to recognise the warning signs of a heart attack, to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and how to deal with choking or serious bleeding.
