Marden GARDENERS ASSOCIATION - Following the AGM on November 10, members enjoyed a talk by Sean Finlayson about life in Kenya and work on his flower farm which supplied Fairtrade blooms to British supermarkets. The next meeting will be the Christmas social on December 8.

CHRISTMAS BAZAAR - This annual event in aid of St Mary’s Church, Marden, will take place on Saturday, November 28, at 2pm in the community hall. There will also be a puppet show and Father Christmas will arrive on a vintage steam lorry at 2pm.
