Mansel Lacey beacon and jubilee

BEACON - On Monday at 10pm a beacon bonfire and fireworks will be lit on the estate road concrete on the Foxley Estate. Bring your own picnic and drinks.
JUBILEE - Celebrations on Tuesday will include children’s games at 2.30pm and cream teas at 3pm at Mansel House. A hog roast will take place at 6.30pm on Mansel Farm courtyard, followed by a barn dance at 7.30pm. Music will be provided by the Whiffeldy Ceilidh Band, with caller Rob Eden.
There will be a bar from 6.30pm. Tickets, to include membership of Mansel Lacy Community Association, will be £2 per adult and £1 per child under 15. For tickets, contact Cal Edwards on 01981 590625.
