CAROLS - The popular service of carols will take place in Mansel Lacy church on Sunday at 3pm. This event has proved to be a sell-out in the past and, this year, the renowned Mansel singers will be leading the music as well as performing a number of Christmas numbers for the congregation, including pieces by Bach and Elgar. The Benefice priest, Rev Clifford Knight, would welcome another enthusiastic turnout.

HARVEST FESTIVAL - The popular harvest festival service will again be held on a Friday evening as it was so successful last year. This year the service will be in St Michael’s Church tomorrow at 7pm. We are hoping for another record turn out for the traditional service and the ploughman’s supper with coffee, tea and a glass of wine afterwards. Everyone from Mansel Lacy and elsewhere will be made most welcome.
