Crafting club open day at Marches Access Point

MARCHES ACCESS POINT - Is holding a crafting club open day and coffee afternoon on Wednesday, 2pm - 4pm, at the Old Police Station. All welcome. Pricing structure and enquiries to Marches Access Point, The Old Police station, Market Hall Street, Kington HR5 3DP, call 01544 231771 or email info@map-kington.co.uk CHORAL SOCIETY - Kington residents enjoyed a choral treat last Saturday when Kington Choral Society's Winter Concert showcased the talents of the KCS choir under Music Director Roger Langford, and a quartet of rising stars from the Royal Welsh Conservatoire, superbly accompanied by Hereford organist Hilary Norris, in a rousing performance of C.P.E Bach's Magnificat and the seldom-performed and sometimes quite startlingly beautiful Mass No. 6 in Eb by Schubert.
