Les Misérables at Kingstone High School and church Christmas Fair in village hall

FAIR - Kingstone Church Christmas fair is in the village hall on Saturday, 11.30am to 2.30pm. There will be gifts, tombola, cakes, bric-a-brac, a raffle and light lunches available.

HIGH SCHOOL - Kingstone will be the first in Herefordshire to bring the noted West End musical Les Misérables to the public. Sung, acted and backstagemanaged entirely by students, it is one of the largest stage undertakings ever attempted by a Herefordshire school.

This highly ambitious project brings together over a year’s worth of work by the music and performing arts departments and the Friends of Kingstone High School, parents, students and teachers to raise the finance required to stage the show. The creative direction for Les Misérables comes from the head of drama, Abi Corre, and the head of music, Matthew Hunt.

Performances run from December 7 to 10 and tickets are available from the finance office on 01981 250224.
