ART CLUB - Invites you to their art exhibition in Kilpeck Village Hall from 10am to 5pm, September 6-16. A wide range of work by club members will be on display, with many items for sale. Also light refreshments and raffle.

ART CLUB - The first meeting of the spring session will be on February 13, from 2pm- 4pm in Kilpeck Village Hall, and then on most Mondays until May 21. There will be demonstrations by Geoff Jennings and Jan Grzonka.

Kilpeck auction in aid of St Michael's Hospice

AUCTION - More than 60 loyal St Michael’s Hospice supporters went to the newly-renovated Kilpeck Inn (formerly the Red Lion) to see it officially opened by Jesse Norman MP and BBC TV auctioneer Kate Bliss. They enjoyed a delicious three-course dinner with wine, sponsored and provided by The Kilpeck Inn, preceded by a champagne reception sponsored by Claridge Nursing Homes. In total, the event raised £9,000 for St Michael’s Hospice.

Kilpeck Pantomime Society will be performing Mother Goose

PANTO - Kilpeck Pantomime Society will be performing Mother Goose at Kilpeck Village Hall tonight (Thursday), tomorrow and Saturday. Evening performances are at 7.30pm plus Saturday matinee 2pm. Tickets, £4 adults, £2 under-16s, are available only through the box office on 01981 570377. Proceeds go to local charities.

Kilpeck Inn opening by Jesse Norman and Celebrity auctioneer Kate Bliss

INN OPENING - MP Jesse Norman and TV celebrity auctioneer Kate Bliss are to officially open the newly renovated Kilpeck Inn, formerly the Red Lion, tomorrow (Friday). The evening, starting at 6.45pm, will feature auctions and lots in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.

FILM - As the crucial UN climate change talks in Copenhagen are due to take place this December, a film made by two Herefordshire filmmakers, Joe Jenkins and Nick Thomson, will be screened at Kilpeck Village Hall tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30pm. Gaia & Genesis (PG 63 minutes) investigates the idea that climate change is not just about science but it’s also about justice. Admission is free. Donations to the Climate Justice Fund. Doors open at 7pm.
