COUNTRY MARKET - The Easter market will be next Thursday, April 5, from 9.30am to 11.30am in the Baptist Chapel school room.

Kington SHOW - The show AGM is tonight (Thursday) at 8pm in the Burton Hotel, Kington. Organisers have stressed that becoming a member of Kington Show can be cheaper than paying on the day. For normal gate prices the cost is £10 per adult, £5 for children 10-16 and free for under-10s. To become a member, family membership is only £20 (two adults plus two children up to 16). Single membership is £10. With membership, the advantages are entry badge(s) to the show and to the members’ marquee where lunch, tea, bar and refreshments are served. New for 2012 there will be a hot supper available. Members also get forward parking, a yearly newsletter, a free car sticker, AGM notification, together with yearly accounts, annual social events notification, plus you get a chance to put your ideas forward to improve the show.
