FUND-RAISERS - Staff at a Hereford supermarket raised more cash for charity than any of their regional colleagues last year.
Workers at The Co-operative store on Grandstand Road handed over a whopping £10,528 to Mencap, which supports young people with learning difficulties. After tallying up the cash from across the country, Cooperative bosses said Grandstand Road branch was the highest earner in the region.
