Ewyas Harold air training corps, wine and cheese, pop-in, services and taize

AIR TRAINING CORPS - 1246 Ewyas Harold Squadron has moved from St Michael’s Hall into a purpose built HQ at the back of the Memorial Hall. Rev Ashley Evans dedicated and blessed the new building and gave thanks for the 17 years the squadron has been in training.

WINE AND CHEESE - Thanks to all who contributed and turned out, £740 was raised for St Michael’s Hall.

TAIZE - The next Taize prayer service – a devotional time of prayers and singing in the Taize style led by John Armson – will be in Ruth Pritchard’s Bryn Barn at 8pm tomorrow (Friday). Take the Dulas to Longtown road and it is on the right hand side as you start the long descent to Longtown.

POP-IN - Visit the Methodist Chapel on Saturday, 10am-11.30am, for coffee and a chat with friends.

DEDICATION SERVICE - At 10.30am on Sunday in the Baptist Chapel for Cameron Morris. Worship will be led by the Youth Band.

SERVICE - The little church on the hill above Pontrilas Timber is facing imminent closure so Sunday at 3pm will probably the last chance to attend a service in this outstanding setting.
