Eardisland in bloom, bowls, and big breakfast

BOWLS - Eardisland Bowling Club continued its third away victory of the season last Wednesday evening with a convincing win on all four rinks. Dave Bray’s rink put in an amazing performance coming from 0-10 down to claim best winning rink 25-16, while there were also wins for Phil Sharp, Jonathan Farndon and Tony Stokes. Phil Sharp, Phil Milchard and Dave Bray advanced to the next round in the county triples with an excellent win at Eastnor on Friday evening on a tricky green.
EARDISLAND IN BLOOM - The next meeting is on Wednesday at 7.30pm in the Tea Rooms.
Among topics to be discussed will be the visit of the Heart of England in Bloom judges to Eardisland on July 26. All welcome.
