BURNS’ NIGHT - The Twinning Association is holding another Burns’ Night on Saturday, January 21, at 7.30pm. This year’s venue is Burton Court, by permission of the Simpson family, with music by Dave Rodgers and his band. Tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for children, available from the village shop, tea rooms or any committee member.

CONCERT - Hereford Rail Male Voice Choir will be appearing at St Mary’s Church on February 11, at 7.30pm, singing in two 45- minute sessions. The 24-strong choir has several members who also sing in the Hereford Police Choir and recently sang at the new Shrewsbury Theatre. Tickets, priced at £8 include a finger buffet, glass of wine and entry into the raffle, can be purchased from Phil Milchard on 01544 388097, the village shop or Eardisland Tea Rooms.
