Flicks-As part of the Borderlines Film Festival programme, the film "UP" (U) will be shown in the Cedar Hall on Friday 5th March at 7.30pm. This is an award winning cartoon for all ages. Grumpy old widower Carl ties helium balloons to his house to avoid being sent to an old people's home. He flies off to South America accompanied by a cute, eight-year-old stowaway. A delightful combination of wry humour, deft characterisation and adventure.
