FOOTPATH - Herefordshire Council’s regulatory committee has agreed to divert footpath CD83 under section 119 of the Highways Act. The owner of The Mallings applied for the order to increase privacy at the property and has agreed to pay the costs associated with making the order. Cradley Parish Council and local Herefordshire Council members had no objection.
