TENNIS CLUB - The AGM took place in Bodenham Village Hall on March 27. There are mixed club nights every Thursday starting at 6.30pm tonight (Thursday). Floodlights available. Ladies coaching/club nights on Tuesdays from 6pm. New members are welcome to join. Try before you buy for only £2.

FLICKS IN THE STICKS - At Bodenham Parish Hall on April 13 see War Horse (12A), the award winning First World War film starring Jeremy Irvine and Emily Watson, directed by Steven Spielberg. Doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm start and seat prices remain at £4.

MOTHERS’ UNION - Bodenham Mothers’ Union meets today (Thursday), at 10.30am at 14 Brockington Road. Andria Lewis will be giving an illustrated talk All about the MU.

Everyone is welcome to attend and to find out more about the organisation.

LEISURE CLUB - As Easter Monday falls on a club day the only meeting for April will be on April 23, in the parish hall at 2.30pm, and will be the AGM. Members’ comments and suggestions for the 2013 programme will be very welcome. There will also be a sales table, raffle and light refreshments.
